(Tunica, MS -- 11/11/11)��� Casinos in the Mississippi Delta cashed in friday night, on 11/11/11. People from across the region came to Tunica hoping the special date would mean they'd cash in and hit it big.
It's called a Palindrome --- that's when a word or date is the same forward and backwards, 11/11/11.� It hasn't happened since 1911.
Tunica casinos provided big cash givaways in hopes people would come and try their luck. "So far it hasn't happened, and I've been playing all day." said Otha Connor.

Others used the date to get married, there were two ceremonies at Graceland's chapel and others across the Memphis area.
